Residents are advised our contractors are in the Village beginning their prep work for Village of Pelham Manor paving efforts. Next week they will return to mill and pave. We will provide a subsequent communication once dates are confirmed. The following streets will be paved this season:
- Black Street
- Lake Drive
- Manor Ridge Road
- James Street
- Brier Lane
- Elm Place
- Mt. Tom Road
The intersection of Wolfs Lane and Iden Avenue will receive an adjustment to provide clearer guidance on the preferred pedestrian route to school.
