Christ Church’s first full orchestra and organ concert Jan. 29 to include pieces by Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven

Christ Church Pelham Manor is excited to invite you to our 1st Annual Full Orchestra & Organ Concert on Wednesday, January 29, 7-8:30 pm.

This concert is the 3rd of 5 in our 2024-2025 Friends of Music Concert Series celebrating the 5th Anniversary of  Christ Church’s Jack Hennigan Memorial Organ, Juget-Sinclair, Op. 51.  The concert is generously underwritten by Martin Nash.

The Modus Operandi Orchestra (MOO) (32 players), led by founder/conductor Justin Bischof, will be joined by guest organ soloist David Enlow in a program of orchestral favorites:

Overture (Marriage of Figaro)   

Wolfagang Amadeus Mozart

Organ Concerto in C (Movt #1)       

Franz Joseph Haydn

Coriolon Overture     

Ludwig van Beethoven

Organ Concerto No. 2 (Movt #3)          

Joseph Rheinberger

Symphony No. 7         

Beethoven 

Modus Operandi Orchestra (MOO) is composed of some of the finest players in the New York City area. Founded by internationally acclaimed conductor Justin Bischof, their concerts have been met with critical acclaim and a dedicated audience following.
