October 2024 – Bronxville, NY: PARTY on KRAFT ’24 is officially in the books, and what a perfect night it was! A standing room only crowd came together on Saturday night for a fun-filled evening of film, food trucks, and live music, all in support of The Picture House.

“PARTY on KRAFT ’24 was an incredible night, highlighting the growing and vibrant support from our community, local leaders and businesses who share in our mission,” said Clayton Bushong, Executive Director, The Picture House Regional Film Center. “At The Picture House, we’re committed to creating experiences that bring people together through film, education, and culture. Events like this embody our dedication to fostering community connections in our beautifully preserved theaters, offering spaces where diverse audiences can come together to be entertained, enriched, and inspired. We’re thrilled by the turnout and look forward to continuing to build on this momentum.”

The festivities kicked off with acoustic hits by Freeway, while attendees enjoyed delicious margaritas and appetizers from Best of Westchester winner La Casa Bronxville. Dinner followed with signature dishes from local food truck favorites Tecas Tacos and Walter’s Hot Dogs.

The night’s entertainment included an exclusive advance screening of the dark comedy Get Away, along with Picture House-themed cookies by Bakeville Treats and coffee from local favorite Ovder.

The event was attended by local leaders, including NY Assembly member Amy Paulin, NY state senator Shelly Mayer, County Executive George Latimer, Deputy County Executive Ken Jenkins, County Legislator James Nolan, and the incredibly supportive Bronxville Mayor Mary Marvin, who applauded the community’s dedication to preserving this beloved institution.
